Salam semua... Alhamdulillah pagi tadi kami berpeluang untuk bertemu dengan YB Dato' Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, our Home Minister. Tujuan utama adalah utk bincang bagaimana kita boleh berkolaborasi dengan Yayasan Tun Hussein bagi menyalurkan bantuan kepada Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim Ummu Salamah.
To our surprise, the discussion
went beyond that. YB DSHH (aka H20) is very enthusiastic on how our Alumni can be
differred from others. What is our plan, mission and vision especially when it comes to Malay
agenda. In fact, YB DSHH is willing to connect us to DS Idris Jusoh, DS
Husni Hanadzlah for us to get the info and views on the position of the
Malays in our country. YB DSHH membayangkan
kesanggupan beliau utk menjadi 'penaung' Alumni kita. Agar kita boleh link up with him in
everything that we do. In fact, ada juga cadangan2 supaya kita buat
some social activities with the balai2 polis. And sangat-sangat membanggakan, sebenarnya Munir has
already done that! And YB DSHH is very happy about that.. YB DSHH kept
saying : to think big and bigger, to swim in different ocean and to
value add in things that we do.
All I can say : this is a
very good ice breaking session with YB DSHH who always think ahead. He
welcomes us to be part of the agent to build the future generation and to face whatever challenges that the nation is facing rite now. Now,
Alumni PKP MRSM Kulim89 is already at the back of his mind. He is more than happy
to hear from us later and to come back to him on the bigger agendas of
our alumni.
